01
Arusha to Tarangire
Morning pickup from your Arusha hotel and the two-hour drive south to Tarangire National Park.
You enter the park for lunch and spend the afternoon on a game drive along the Tarangire River, watching elephant families, giraffe, zebra and the resident lion prides gather to drink.

02
Tarangire to Central Serengeti
A long but scenic day. You cross the Rift Valley escarpment, skirt the Ngorongoro highlands and enter the Serengeti through Naabi Hill Gate.
The final leg to camp is a game drive through the Seronera Valley, prime lion and cheetah country.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro
A final morning in the Serengeti, following the kopjes and river lines for big cats and, in season, the migration herds.
You then drive east to the Ngorongoro Crater rim, arriving in time for sundowners over the caldera.

04
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
An early breakfast, then the steep descent into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive on the caldera floor with a picnic lunch at the hippo pool.
After lunch you climb back out and drive to Arusha for airport drop-off or onward accommodation.
